Education and Skills
1. Student Loan for Tertiary Education (NELFUND)
An interest-free loan for tertiary education, repayable three years after graduation and only once you have secured employment. It removes one of the biggest barriers between a young Nigerian and a degree.

2. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
Free technical and vocational education, with a monthly stipend of forty-five thousand naira per student. You learn a trade and earn while you do it.

3. 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT)
A national programme training three million Nigerians in technology skills, with employment facilitation built in. One of the most direct routes into the digital economy available right now.

4. Ministry of Steel Development Youth Bootcamp
Hands-on training in metallurgy, industrial welding, and mechanical design opens a path into Nigeria’s growing industrial sector.

One million naira grants for two hundred youth-led startups, plus five hundred thousand naira for one hundred informal sector beneficiaries.
